Privacy Policy

This policy covers signaturegrouprealty.com, the website of The Signature Group, a team of licensed real estate professionals at Real Broker, LLC, 753 Lamar Avenue, Paris, Texas 75460. The short version: the site collects very little, keeps it briefly, and never sells it.

What the site collects

• Server logs. Like nearly every website, our web server records each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page asked for, the page that linked you here, and your browser and device type. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure. They are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• Nothing else, automatically. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no social media pixels.

When you contact us

The form on our contact page does not send anything to our server. It opens your own email app with a message already filled in, and you decide whether to send it. Calls, texts and emails go straight to the agent you contacted. We use what you share only to answer you and to help with your real estate needs, and we keep it in our ordinary business records, including our customer relationship software.

Third parties

Every page, image, video and typeface is served from our own web server, so browsing the site does not send your information to any outside company. Links to the Texas Real Estate Commission and other outside sites are governed by those sites' own policies once you follow them.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only when needed to complete a transaction you ask us to work on (for example with a lender, title company or the other side's agent), with our brokerage as required for licensing and recordkeeping, or when the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it (real estate license holders must keep transaction records for a set period). Children

The site is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
